TaekFunDo introduces Taekwondo foundations through activities suited to young learners. Sessions combine movement games, stories and progressive technical tasks.

The aim is to make practice understandable and engaging while retaining a clear class structure.

Activities introduce balance and coordination alongside basic stances, kicks and punches. Games offer opportunities to practise attention, turns and cooperation.

Teaching goals and challenge levels are adapted to the children and the activity.
